Under the umbrella of our Feeding Program -- “Buckets of Love” and “Care Packages” -- hundreds of needy HIV/Aids patients and their children, those who are ill and bedridden as well as the elderly who live in poor areas of town, receive these monthly 10 to 15 kilos Nutritional Food Rations.
The School Lunch Project provides the needed supplies to various village schools and orphanages enabling hundreds of underprivileged children more effective learning with daily warm school lunches.
Food staples like maize flour, rice, cooking oil, beans and soap are distributed to widowed families and single parents who live in slum villages, in areas such as Kibera, Dandora, Kangemi and Bombolulu, Mombasa.
During times of regional food crisis, FCM`s volunteers have been reaching out to remote areas of the country -- Trans-Nzoia, Tigania East, Coast Region -- distributing Famine Relief Packages to the elderly, widows and those who suffer from sickness.
- Hunders of needy families benefit monthly from our FCM`s Feeding Program that’s now in its 18th year.
- Food staples like maize flour, rice, cooking oil and beans are distributed to children and families living in slum areas. Some of the recipients are people living with HIV/AIDS in Kibera and Dandora, the Stev-In Junior Academy in Kangemi and the New Hope Orphanage in Uplands.
- In Mombasa we work together with the Olives Rehab Center which provides Food Assistance as well as social uplift geared toward the youth.
- Annually we launch our Buckets of Love Project. These Buckets contain food essentials and hygiene supplies and are received with great joy.
